Inferno hot pilates
What is inferno hot pilates?
Inferno Hot Pilates was founded and created in 2009 by Master Instructor, Gabriella Walters. Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates class is a challenging, full-body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the joint impact of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels. Since 2009, Hot Pilates classes have been popping up on schedules around the world. Existing Hot Yoga studios have been rapidly adding Hot Pilates to their schedules. Inferno Hot Pilates is currently taught in 200 studios across 5 different continents.
Inferno Hot Pilates Bodyweight Class
Inferno Hot Pilates is the High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using Pilates’ principles for the whole body. The exercises are high intensity to strengthen lean muscles, yet low-impact to keep joints healthy. The first 30 minutes focuses on core strength building and glute activation, which is extremely important to release lower back pain and increase energy. Your lower back is under a lot of pressure due of sitting, typing, driving, etc.
The high-intensity second half is designed to create fast results, build long, lean muscle mass, and burn fat for a whole body workout.
Inferno Hot Pilates Weights & Bands Class
Hot Pilates is an exercise system to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. Uses Pilates Principles, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata Training. Exercises are performed on a mat. The “Weights & Bands” class is designed to tone and strengthen the upper & lower body – creating long lean muscles.
