Kids Yoga Summer Camps

Summer is here and we have 8 weeks of summer camps scheduled. Each week your little yogi will focus on one of the 8 Limbs of Yoga.

Week 1 // Mindfulness
Week 2 // Poses
Week 3 // Breath and Energy
Week 4 // Peace
Week 5 // Sensory Discovery & Awareness
Week 6 // Respect
Week 7 // Concentration & Meditation
Week 8 // Bliss

Camps run Monday through Thursday for 1st – 4th graders. Sessions are $175 per week. Sessions will run in the morning from 9am – 11:30am or in afternoon from 3pm – 5:30pm. Kids need to bring craft materials (tbh), water bottle, snack, hat, walking shoes and be pre-sunscreened. Wednesday we will feild trip to Comstock Park.

Week 2 // July 9th – 12th
Week 3 // July 16th – 19th
Week 4 // July 23rd – 26th
Week 5 // July 30th – August 2nd
Week 6 // August 6th – 9th
Week 7 // August 13th – 16th
Week 8 // August 20th – 23rd

Camps will run once a week on Wednesday’s for 3 – 5 year olds. Camp is $45 per week and run during the morning session from 9am – 11:30am. Kids will need to bring craft materials (tbh), snack, water bottle, hat, and be pre-sunscreened.

We are closed 4th of July week.
